RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days by submitting a claim through our Contact Form. Include a clear photo of the damaged piece, and once approved, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. My goal is always to ensure you love and enjoy your bracelet, and I’ll work with you to make it right.

Each bracelet is lovingly handmade and infused with Reiki healing energy before it’s sent your way. Once your order is placed, I carefully package your bracelet and mail it directly to you.
