Helping heal people has always been a part of my soul's journey and making people feel like they are in a safe environment to release their emotions and worries. Since I was young I have been diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. I've been on medication but it would only work sometimes. This is why I love Reiki because it's a form of holistic meditation to work with your body, not override your body. Fun fact is I always love to learn new things. It keeps life interesting.

1 Book Your Session

Choose a time that works for you. You’ll receive a Zoom link upon booking.

2 Set the Scene

Find a quiet, comfortable space. Grab a blanket, eye mask, or your favorite calming crystal.

3 Ground + Breathe

We’ll begin with a few minutes of breathwork and intention-setting to tune in together.

 

4 Begin Reiki Transmission

You’ll lay down or sit quietly while I begin energy work. You may feel warmth, tingling, or emotional shifts.
